Alwyn started coachbuilding in 1979 at the age of 17 with an apprenticeship at The Morgan Motor Company in Malvern Worcestershire building ashframes for Morgan sports cars. He continued his employment with the company for 10 years when he left to move to his current home in Waters Upton near Telford Shropshire.
He started his own business in 1990 restoring and repairing all types of vintage vehicles carrying out work from design and build projects to the complete restoration of ashframes of historic vehicles. Ashframes as small as a Morris Minor to large ashframes of lorries and buses and even a hearse.
All projects are usually one offs with attention to detail and a customers requirements upper most in the build. Over the years many different makes and marques have been completed by Alwyn including Rolls Royce, Bentley, Alvis, Morgan and Ruston Hornsby.
